LOST / MISSING PACKAGES


Creature Comfort is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order.

If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no charge to you.

CUSTOMS


We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may apply when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that in some cases, due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT.”


For some shipping companies, it takes 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?


For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve requested combined shipping.
